International Food Standard

The International Food Standard is used to verify and certify systems to ensure food safety and quality in the production of food. It is based on the well-known quality management standard and contains other principles of "good manufacturing practices" (cleaning, disinfection, pest control, maintenance, maintenance and training) and HACCP.

Organic Certificate

Certified organic  is the recognised standard in Germany  for organic products from organic farming. It can be used only by certified producers. Certified organic is a clear statement that only organic ingredients have been used in the production of a product. An organic-audit takes place in the certified companies once a year, so that compliance with the standards is permanently ensured. Austerschmidt Fresh bakery is checked by ABCERT (DE-ÖKO-006-Kontrollstelle).
