The enterprise

The company was founded on March 29th 1962 by Heinz Austerschmidt. In the early years, customers were supplied daily with fresh bread in North Rhine-Westphalia and southern Lower Saxony.
Since the mid-nineties, we have been producing     deep-frozen bread to allow the experience of         oven-fresh bread.

Fresh baked

After the baking, the bread unfolds its perfect pastry with the smell, the crispy crust and the loose crumb. The bread is baked by us with all due care.

Today, we are proud to be the fresh baker who brings the perfect pastry to the consumer.

The bread is prepared and baked according to the tradition of craftsmanship. After the baking process    we deep freeze the bread. Thus, the freshness of oven fresh bread is naturally preserved.
